How you can get involved?
Project Australia is almost entirely run by committed, industrious and visionary volunteers and funded by a unique combination of donations, grants and our two profit-for-purpose initiatives; uThinc and SI Consulting.
Our work is guided by our self-identification as an independent Social Enterprise, the principles outlined in our Charter and our fundraising strategies are devised to achieve stronger communities while maintaining a diversity of revenue sources.
You can help in the following ways:
Here are what others have to say about our initiative:
“Project Australia is an innovative concept which can dynamically adapt to the needs of our nationâ€.
Simon Malian, Executive Director, The Malian Foundation.
“There is an upsurge of people wanting to make a change in their communities. Project Australia is a much needed complement to the work of peak bodies and large NGOs, connecting people who want to make a difference.â€
Miriam Lyons, Executive Director, Centre for Policy Development
“Project Australia is an important resource to empower individuals and groups to take action, as well as providing the tools and networks necessary to develop successful projects.â€
Kate Gauthier, National Coordinator, A Just Australia
“If there are two things I love it is Australia and Projects. So imagine my joy when I discovered the two were now available in one convenient Project Australia package. If it were Project Australia Buffy it would be perfect.”
Wil Anderson, Comedian
